Tony's Vision
Glacier Ice Cream was born from a simple but powerful idea: the best ice cream doesn't just satisfy a craving, it creates a moment. Tony grew up in Colorado with a deep love for mountains, community, and that shared joy of a perfect scoop.
After years of recipe development, gelato training, and concept planning, he opened Glacier on North College Avenue. The mission was clear: bring the warmth of a classic soda fountain into modern Northern Colorado.
The 1930s Parlor
Step inside Glacier and you'll notice the Art Deco touches, the vintage soda fountain aesthetic, and the warm glow of a neighborhood gathering spot. Every detail — from the tile work to the signage — is designed to evoke the golden age of the American ice cream parlor.
But this isn't just nostalgia for nostalgia's sake. The parlor concept is about slowing down, connecting with the people around you, and savoring something made with care. It's the opposite of fast food — it's intentional, artisanal, and deeply personal.
