To satisfy the craving of any line, we had to reverse-engineer our menu specifically for speed. By heavily optimizing our workflow, we are able to deliver great mocktails at speed that can satisfy any craving:

  • Pre-batching (The Secret to Speed): Teas and simple syrups are pre-mixed into exactly proportioned batches, and sweet creams are pre-whipped into squeeze bottles. This eliminates multi-step pours.
  • Commercial Soda Guns: High-volume carbonation liquids (ginger ale, sparkling waters) are poured through one-touch guns positioned directly next to the ice-cream assembly zones.
  • Walk-away Blending: For complex shakes like the Piña Colada, we use pre-programmed high-performance blenders so team members can push a button and immediately turn around to serve the next customer.
  • Station Ergonomics: A dedicated dipper well specifically for mocktail flavors keeps the flow contained to exactly one footstep.
